At Codemorphx, customer satisfaction is important to us. As we offer customized IT services including web development, app development, and digital marketing, refunds are handled as per the terms agreed in the project contract or proposal.

Refund Terms :

  • No refunds will be issued for services already delivered or work already completed.
  • In cases of project cancellation before commencement, a partial refund may be considered based on pre-discussed terms.
  • Any advance or deposit paid for development or marketing services is non-refundable once the project is initiated.
